Here is a picture of Kip and I at Stampin' Up!'s Annual Convention in Salt Lake City, Utah last Saturday.
We drove to Utah early and left late so we would have time to visit with Kip's family near North Ogden. We stayed with his grandma and had a big family dinner with everybody at his brother's house.
It was really nice to have the opportunity to see family we do not see that often and to also enjoy our vacation together doing something we love...stamping and swapping.
Here are a few projects I made for swapping at convention.
This is a 5" x 5" mini scrapbook using the new Bella Rose designer series paper. I used the "Define Your Life" stamp set to decorate the cover and inside pages. I used the cardboard backing from the designer series paper as the chipboard for the front and back cover.
This is a swap card made with the new "Flight of the Butterfly" stamp set we received free at convention. The stamp set has 10 different stamps and retails for $31.95. It is one of 5 free sets we received at convention. We received 3 at check in, one from UPS, and one as a door prize.
